Description: 
Gilbert Wilson was an alzheimer's patient living at Eden Home Healthcare Inc. Mr. Wilson went into the facility with an agreement that he not be allowed to leave the facility or go anywhere unsupervised. Within two days of Gilbert's admission to the facility, Eden's staff left him unsupervised, allowing him to wander away from the premises. He died after being hit by a truck about five miles away from the facility half a day later.
