Julie H. Bailey, 60, suffered from advanced Alzheimer's disease, causing her to function at the intellectual level of a 2-year-old. She entered the Lewes Convalescent Center, a nursing home owned and operated by Beebe Medical Center. Five hours after her admission Bailey wandered from her room.
